• Client must live in zip code 77532 or 77336

• Client must provide CUIC with a form of photo identification and current mail (less than 30 days old) for themselves and all adults over 18 living in the household EVERY VISIT TO CUIC

Food Voucher 

Food Box with toiletries schedule: 

1-4 people in household - Every 3 months 

5-8 people in household - Every 2 months

9+ people in household - Every 1 month 

 

*Small food box only can be given 30 days from the last visit. 

 

Clothing Voucher 

Is to be used for NECESSITIES ONLY 

Given every 3 months. 

No shoes over $10.

No jewelry.

No new clothing with tags 

 

Gasoline Voucher

Client and/or Designated Driver must have a current US driver's license NO EXCEPTIONS 

$20 every 3 months 

 

Utilities Voucher

Propane, Water and Natural Gas - Each have their specidic limits per year as shown below. Any combination of these utilities has a $400 annual limit and a $1600 lifetime limit. 

• Propane Tank ($300 limit per order and/or per year) 

• Propane Bottles (4 bottles maximum; $300 limit per year)

• Water ($200 limit for 12 month period) 

• Natural Gas ($300 limit for 12 month period) 

• Electricity - CUIC does NOT assist

Rent Voucher

The client must provide us with a copy of their lease agreement. The landlord must have a W-9 on file with CUIC before payments will be made. 

$300 limited to every 12 months and $1,000 lifetime limit. 

If the client owes more than $300, he/she must pay the difference and provide CUIC with a receipt. 

It is the responsibility of the client to have CUIC informed about the payment of the balance.​ Once this is done, CUIC can release its pledge.
